Purpose of this document
This document presents and defines in detail the contractual conditions, commitments and obligations that govern service contracts or framework contracts for the services offered by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider primarily performs the services presented in detail here using its own vehicles and employees. If you engage a subcontractor in part or in whole during the performance of the ordered service, you will only use the services of a private passenger transporter that provides a high-quality service in the given subject, or operates as an agency legally authorized to provide passenger transport services, and has all the necessary, the license required by the relevant legislation.
By registering or making a reservation on the citylink.hu website, you accept and consider the conditions defined in this document to be binding on you.

The citylink.hu website exclusively offers passenger transportation services within, from, and arriving in Hungary, in the form of a service offered by a company registered and licensed in Hungary.
The Radinum Kereskedelmi Kft., the owner and operator of the citylink.hu website, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider, primarily fulfills its commitments to its customer, hereinafter referred to as the Client, through vehicles owned by it and drivers employed by it.
The Service Provider uses the services of external partner service providers for orders that exceed its own capacities, as well as vehicles and service types that are not directly available in its portfolio, or mediates them to the principals. In this case as well, in accordance with the present conditions, it is valid with regard to the obligations undertaken towards the principals.
Types of services
The services include a one-way transfer, i.e. a passenger transport service ordered from a specific starting point to a specific destination, or from a specific starting point without a specific destination. A two-way transfer or trip, i.e. a passenger transport service ordered from a specified starting point to a specified destination and from there to the original starting point, or a passenger transport service ordered from a specified starting point without a specified destination and a service ordered with a return to the original starting point, in addition to these based on the time of use passenger transport service limited by the point of departure and the point of arrival, or their mixed use.
The Service Provider does not undertake and does not offer taxi-type passenger transport services!
Only persons over the age of 18 can use the Service independently. Persons under this age may not use the Service independently, but may participate in the service accompanied and supervised by a person older than 18 years of age!
Use of the site and registration on the site
On the citylink.hu website, anyone without registration has the opportunity to learn about the services offered by the Service Provider, as well as prepare a preliminary cost calculation using the online calculator according to the needs defined by the Service Provider.
It is only possible to place an order after registration, by recording the data of the contracting partner. During the registration, it is only necessary to enter data concerning the contracting party that is minimally necessary to identify the contracting party and to fulfill the minimum data requirements required by the conclusion of the contract.
By registering or making a reservation on the citylink.hu website, you accept that a contract for the use and provision of the service is created between you and the Service Provider (Radinum Kereskedelmi Kft.). By registering or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these General Terms and Conditions and that you have the legal capacity to accept them on behalf of yourself and all passengers using the services. These general terms and conditions may change without prior notice, which changes will be communicated on the citylink.hu website and via the electronic contact information provided by you.
Online calculator on the site
There are two online fee calculators on the citylink website. The calculator located at the top of the citylink.hu main page and on the booking-based-on-distance subpage only calculates the distance between the two locations and the departure from the base point predetermined in the system (Budapest, Clark Ádám tér) and the base point after arrival (Budapest, Clark Ádám square) calculates the service fee based on the added distance of the return.
The Client must enter the address of departure and destination in the Pickup and Drop-off fields of the Google Maps module, as well as the date of travel and the time of pickup. Based on the entered values, after pressing the Book Now button, the module calculates the price corresponding to the given conditions for the available vehicle types and presents this in a detailed table.
The calculator on the booking-based-on-time subpage is based on the specified starting time and the number of hours of the selected time length, and departure from the base point predetermined in the system (Budapest, Clark Ádám tér) and return to the base point after arrival (Budapest, Clark Ádám tér) calculate the service fee based on its added value.
The Client must enter the date and time of the pickup, as well as the address of the starting point in the Pickup field of the Google Maps module. If you want to record a different Drop-off address in the system than the Pickup address, it is also possible in the calculator. Based on the entered values, after pressing the Book Now button, the module calculates the price corresponding to the given conditions for the available vehicle types and presents this in a detailed table.
The Client has the opportunity to choose the type that suits his vision and needs from the offered vehicle types. Each vehicle type offers different commitment prices based on different characteristics. In this table and on the Vehicle sub-page on the website, the customer can find out about the unique characteristics of each vehicle type, such as the number of persons that can be transported, the size of the vehicle and luggage compartment. The number of persons exceeding the number of persons that can be transported in vehicles, including the person of the driver, cannot be transported.
The route and fee calculator on the website determines the final commitment and contract prices for the service based on the service prices determined by the owner and operator of the website and the special conditions applicable to them. You will find the service prices applied on the website and how they are applied in the next point.
The distance indicated in the calculator is always the so-called optimal route used by the site, determined by the Google Maps plug-in module, which is accepted by the contracting parties as the basis of the calculation. The completed distance will be the distance shown by the module during the calculation and the order, regardless of the route actually followed between the geographical points specified in the order and the distance actually covered during it, regardless of whether it is more favorable to the Client or the Service Provider.
Service prices
In the case of services for all types of vehicles, two types of commitment unit prices are determined.
1. One unit price type is time-based, the unit of measure of which is one hour. In terms of completion, each hour started is considered as one full hour. The indicated travel time is an estimate, which does not take into account the traffic conditions typical of the actual time of travel and cannot be considered a guaranteed travel time in any way.
2. The other type of unit price is the distance traveled, the unit of measure of which is one kilometer. According to the calculator on the page, the fee calculation basis is the distance between the route points you specify, calculated automatically by the map module. In all cases, the total distance covered for the entire trip is calculated in relation to the base station specified by our company. The geographic location of the base station is Budapest, Clark Ádám tér, Hungary, which is also Hungary’s official 0 kilometer point. The calculation of the actual distance is calculated together with the departure from the base point indicated here and the return to the base point. The indicated distance is only an estimate, which does not take into account the traffic conditions typical of the actual time of travel and the possible additional distance resulting from them, and cannot be considered a guaranteed travel distance in any way.
The distance-based fee calculation is based solely on the distance traveled, while the time-based calculation module is based solely on the duration spent on the performance. With regard to the given order, the calculation basis of the final commitment price will be the higher value of the two in all cases.
Valid service rates
The prices shown in the table are the current prices of passenger transport services available through the Citylink.hu website. The prices shown in the table are net prices, the values given in Hungary excluding official VAT in EUR.
The bidding process
The prices indicated on the page are gross commitment prices in EUR. In all cases, our service prices are determined with the VAT applicable in Hungary.
The fee calculated by the fee calculator can only be considered as an offer if the customer has entered the address correctly, providing all the necessary data.
If an error or deficiency occurs in the services or prices on the Service Provider‘s web interface, or if the calculation system fails, we reserve the right to correct it. In such a case, we will inform the Client of the new data immediately after the error has been detected or corrected. The Client can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract.
Waiting time
Normal waiting time for non-airport, rail or boat transfer services
The waiting time included in the price of the service is 15 minutes from the time specified in the order. In the case of a service ordered with a fee calculated on the basis of duration, the time spent waiting is always deducted from the duration of the ordered service. In the case of a meeting that was not held due to the Client‘s fault, the driver will wait at the meeting point for a maximum of 30 minutes, in the absence of further notification or agreement.
In the case of a Client meeting that does not take place by the date, the service is considered completed and the Service Provider‘s vehicle and driver are entitled to leave the meeting location, regardless of whether the service was ordered based on distance or time.
If the Client shows up at the meeting place without prior notification, but beyond the indicated maximum waiting time, the Service Provider may continue to use the service. In this case, the Service Provider demonstrates cooperative behavior, but does not undertake any kind of obligation to provide the service. After the maximum waiting time of 30 minutes has passed, the Service Provider is entitled to leave the meeting place, and the Service Provider is not obliged to pay compensation under any legal title for the reason of leaving the place, and the service is considered to have been performed by the Service Provider.
Waiting time for airport, railway or boat transfer services
In the case of the transfer service related to the listed airport, railway, shipping or similar modes of transport, the meeting time is the time specified in the order. When ordering, the Client must provide the identification number of the related flight used during his trip. During the transfer service, the Client is obliged to share information about possible delays with the Service Provider by phone or in the form of an email message. To the extent possible, the Service Provider informs itself in advance about delays in the arrival of scheduled flights and tries to plan and modify the start date of the service based on this information.
At the same time, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the service in the event of a significant delay, which exceeds 45 minutes compared to the planned and specified arrival time in the order, and to oblige the Client to pay compensation, which is 50% of the contracted service fee.
The Service Provider does not assume any responsibility for damages caused by the provision of services being impossible for reasons beyond its control, as well as for delays occurring in the case of individual or scheduled flights of transport providers independent of it.
Payment methods
The Client has the option to pay for the selected and ordered service on-line using the Stripe card payment gateway on the website. You can access information about the Stripe payment module via the following link: Stripe
If the Client wishes to pay the price of the order by bank transfer, he can do so based on the fee request sent in a separate letter after the confirmation sent by the Service Provider before the start of the delivery. The service can only be used by paying the service fee in advance. In the case of a payment not credited to our bank account, the Service Provider will refuse to provide the service and may make use of any claim for compensation laid down in the cancellation rules, if the reason for the failure is late payment. Cash or card payments are not possible at the Service Provider, its vehicles and employees.
We draw our Clients‘ attention to the fact that the duration of the bank transfer may take several days, depending on the bank service provider. Please make the payment on the basis of the advance transfer with regard to the start date of the service, taking into account the above. We do not accept payment based on a transfer receipt.
Cancellation
The Client has the option to cancel the ordered service 12 hours before its commencement without any additional payment obligation. If the fee for the service has been paid in advance, the Service Provider will refund the entire amount paid to the Client within 3 working days. In the case of unpaid services, the Client has no further payment obligation towards the Service Provider.
The Client has the option to cancel the service at least 6 hours before the start of the service, subject to payment of a proportional compensation. The amount of compensation to be paid in this case was determined in the section entitled “Amount of compensation paid by the Client”.

In the case of the service not used, the Client owes compensation to the Service Provider, the amount of which has been determined in the section entitled “The amount of compensation paid by the Client” in the document.
Packages
The number of standard-sized packages that can ideally be placed in the given vehicle is highlighted next to each of the vehicles presented on the Vehicles sub-page of the citylink.hu website. On the same page, the volume of the vehicle’s trunk is also specified. During all work, our vehicles arrive at the work site with an empty trunk. During the entire duration of the work, the entire scope of the luggage compartment is available to the Client for package delivery, but only for the purpose of package delivery. Objects or persons other than normal travel luggage cannot be transported in the luggage compartment of vehicles. In all cases, the Client shall bear the costs of cleaning the delivered packages or the contamination caused by their contents, or the repair costs of damages caused by the reason of the delivery of the packages. It is not possible to transport passengers in the luggage compartment of vehicles!
The Service Provider does not make any guarantees and does not pay any compensation for problems arising from the size or quantity of the packages. The Service Provider does not guarantee the actual placement of the number of packages specified during the order. The Service Provider disclaims all responsibility for the delivery of packages, with the exception of the technical data specified on the website regarding the volume of the luggage compartment. The specified quantities for the number of packages are only informative and cannot be considered as a concrete commitment in any way. The Service Provider does not undertake package delivery in any form other than the packages that can be placed in the luggage compartment of the vehicle and does not provide services in this regard and does not reimburse the costs thereof to the Client.
There is room for luggage larger than hand luggage in the passenger compartmentit is not possible. In the passenger compartment, the number of hand luggage corresponding to the number of persons that can be carried as defined in the traffic permit can be transported, next to the passengers or held in their laps, in compliance with the traffic rules and safety regulations in force at all times, also taking into account the person of the driver. In the case of a vehicle capable of transporting 5 people, for example, 4 pieces of hand luggage can be transported in the passenger compartment.
The driver may refuse the delivery of dangerously designed, condition or contaminated packages to the passenger compartment or the luggage compartment. If the service is impossible for this reason, the Client is obliged to pay compensation equal to the full price of the service.
Complaint handling
The Service Provider provides telephone complaint handling and customer service in Hungarian and English language through the customer service available during the office opening hours specified on the website. You also have the option to send an mail message to the Service Provider‘s re*********@******nk.hu email address 24 hours a day. The Service Provider will contact you by phone or in writing within 2 hours of the arrival of the letter during the office opening hours specified on the website.
The Service Provider always investigates your complaints. In the case of a legitimate complaint, we will inform you about the complaint and initiate the compensation, fee payment, or legal processes detailed in this contract. In case of an unjustified complaint, we will inform you in writing about the rejection of the complaint and the reasons for the rejection.
Reasons for compensation paid by the service provider
Possible reasons for compensation paid by the Service Provider:
- The ordered vehicle will appear late at the location specified in the order.
- The ordered vehicle does not appear at the location specified in the order.
- The ordered vehicle does not appear at the location specified in the order.
In the first case, if the extent of the delay does not make the service ineffective and the Client or the person using the trip proves this by using the service, no compensation is possible. If the delay is such that the Client does not want or is unable to use the service, the case will be treated as if the ordered vehicle had not appeared at the location specified in the order. In this case, the compensation is made as detailed in the section on the amount of compensation.
In the second case, if the amount of delay caused by waiting for the customer at the wrong location or transferring to the correct pickup location does not fail the service itself and the Client or the person using the trip proves this by using the service, no compensation is possible. If the delay caused by stopping at the wrong place is such that the customer does not want or is unable to use the service, then the case will be treated as if the ordered vehicle had not appeared at the place specified in the order. In this case, the compensation is made as detailed in the section on the amount of compensation.
In the third case, i.e. if the ordered vehicle does not appear at the location specified in the order, compensation will be made as detailed in the section on the amount of compensation.
The Service Provider rejects any kind of claim for compensation arising either from the transportability of the packages or the number of persons that can be transported, beyond the conditions specified on the site.
Amount of compensation paid by the service provider
If the fee for the service has been paid in whole or in part to our company and the payment has been credited to our company’s bank account, the full or partial payment of the fee for the service will be refunded to the Client within three days at the latest.
In addition to the above, the Service Provider will pay additional compensation for all costs that may arise in connection with the use of the same passenger transport service as included in the ordered service, but only according to the following conditions:
- The subject of the service used is the same as that contained in the service ordered and confirmed by the Service Provider, which failed due to our own fault.
- The time of the service used is the same as the time of the service ordered and confirmed by the Service Provider, which failed due to our own fault.
- The consideration for the service used, which is the sum of the compensation, does not exceed the service price of the service ordered and confirmed by the Service Provider, which failed due to the Service Provider‘s fault.
- The Service Provider undertakes an obligation to compensate only costs certified by invoice, which includes the name of the taxi or non-taxi-type passenger transport service and its performance data, as well as its date, which is in accordance with the previously defined conditions.
The Service Provider will only accept compensation for the costs detailed above, which the Client and the Service Provider send to the Service Provider‘s web address re*********@******nk.hu no later than 24:00 on the 3rd day after the due date of the service that failed due to the Service Provider‘s fault.
The Service Provider is not liable for compensation in the event that the ordered vehicle can be proven to appear at the place and time specified in the order, or the delay is less than 15 minutes compared to the time of the stop, or the location of the stop is in accordance with the laws on traffic with the ordered vehicle or type of vehicle based on, or cannot be approached for physical reasons, or if the actual stopping point is no further than a 100-meter walking distance from the stopping point specified in the order.
The vehicles of the Service Provider and its partner companies are equipped with GPS positioning equipment, the data of which the Service Provider can and will use without any restrictions to verify the performance agreed in the order. taking note of.
Amount of compensation paid by the customer
In case of cancellation of the service, depending on the time of cancellation, the Client owes compensation to the Service Provider, the amount of which is determined as follows.
In the case of an order canceled 12 hours before the start of the service, there is no comepnsation at all.
In case of cancellation of an order between 6 and 12 hours before the start of the service, the amount of compensation is equal to 30% of the previously agreed service fee, which can be deducted by the Service Provider from the amount of the service fee already paid by the Client. In the case of services that have not yet been paid for, the Service Provider issues an invoice to the Client for the payment of the amount of the indicated compensation.
In the case of an order canceled within 6 hours before the start of the service, the amount of compensation is equal to 100% of the previously agreed service fee, which can be deducted by the Service Provider from the amount of the service fee already paid by the customer. In the case of services that have not yet been paid for, the Service Provider issues an invoice to the Client for the payment of the amount of the indicated compensation.
Limitations of the Service Provider’s Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Client expressly waives all responsibility for any loss, and for any cause, incurrence or suffering of you or any other person, including any loss that arises or is related to any inaccuracy, incompleteness or delay in any information provided to the Client; any transaction failure that may occur when the Client seeks to make the payment; any malfunction, instability or other failure of any software used by the Service Provider to provide the Service; any disclosure, loss, theft, destruction or inaccessibility of the Client‘s account, password or other data (including failure by the Client or any other person to keep them safe, confidential); termination of this Agreement at any time and for any reason; any failure of the Service to be used in any specific way or to fulfill a specific purpose or requirements; any war, riots, restrictions imposed by any governmental or semi-governmental or regulatory authority, industrial or commercial disputes, fires, explosions, storms, typhoons, floods, lightning, earthquakes and other natural calamities.
The Service Provider shall have no liability for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost earnings, loss of data, personal injury or property damage arising out of or related to the provision of the Service then, or otherwise related to its subject matter, regardless of the negligence (whether active, affirmative, sole or concurrent) of the Service Provider, even if the Service Provider has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage, liability or loss arising from the use or dependence of the Service by the Client or the Client‘s inability to access or use the Service; or any transaction or relationship between the Client and any Operator, even if the Service Provider has been informed of the possibility of such damages. The Service Provider will not be responsible for delays or failures in performance that result from causes beyond the reasonable control of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider’s aggregate liability to the Client for any claim for damages (whether under contract, tort, warranty or other law) resulting from, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or otherwise related to its subject matter, will not under the circumstances exceed the Transfer Price paid by the Client to the Service Provider in relation to the corresponding Service.
Languages
This agreement is made in Hungarian. In the event of any inconsistency between the Hungarian version and any translation, the Hungarian version will prevail.
