Information about the service fee calculated in the calculator

Each type of vehicle has a unique mileage and hourly rate, the exact amount of each can be found on the price list subpage of the site.

When determining the price, the price calculator only takes the time of use as a basis in all cases when both the pick-up and the drop-off locations are within Budapest. In this case, in the absence of exact knowledge of the route taken during the use, the system can not calculate a distance-based fee, even though this may be justified based on the price list. If, during use, you wish to travel a route whose distance, calculated on the basis of the vehicle type’s fee per distance unit, exceeds the amount calculated in the order (based only on usage time), we will charge the order with an additional distance fee.

If the pick-up point is in Budapest, but the drop-off location of the specified use is outside Budapest, the system also calculates a fee based on the distance from the drop-off point to the base (Budapest, Clark Ádám tér) point. In this case, however, it is conceivable that the distance included in the time of use redeemed by the order covers the contingent part or all of the cost of returning from the drop-off point to the base point (Budapest, Clark Ádám tér). In such a case, this amount will be refunded upon completion of the transport.

If the drop-off point is in Budapest, but the specified pick-up place is outside Budapest, the system also calculates a fee based on the distance from the base point (Budapest, Clark Ádám tér) to the specified drop-on point. In this case, it is also conceivable that the distance included in the time of use redeemed by the order covers the contingent part or all of the cost of delivery from the base point (Budapest, Clark Ádám tér) to the drop-on place. In such a case, this amount will be refunded upon completion of the transport.

The system also calculates a so-called minimum fee. If the service fee induced by the specified usage time does not reach the minimum service fee value predetermined in the price list for the given vehicle, the system automatically calculates the minimum service fee value regardless of the actual usage time. Although the above calculator only calculates the cost based on the time of use, the calculated fee also includes the cost of the distance covered by the vehicle. According to this, the distance value obtained by dividing the calculated fee by the kilometer fee of the given vehicle also determines the travel distance the vehicle can be used by the customer.

For example, if you request a specific vehicle for 3 hours of use, the fee calculated on this basis also includes the cost of the travel distance, which can be determined by taking into account the vehicle’s characteristic mileage fee. Every kilometer over this distance can only be used with additional charges!
