Each type of vehicle has a unique mileage and hourly rate, the exact amount of each can be found on the price list subpage of the site. The distance based fee calculator only takes into account the travel distance between the geographical points the Client specify during the calculation.

However, it is important to know that the final price of the assignment includes, in addition to all of this, the distance traveled by our vehicle and its driver to the meeting point and the distance from the end of the journey to the base point. The calculator considers the geographic location of Clark Ádám Square, Budapest, as the base point for all calculations based on distance, which is also Hungary’s 0 kilometer point.

The system also calculates a so-called minimum fee. If the service fee induced by the distance between the specified travel points does not reach the minimum service fee value predetermined in the price list for the given vehicle, the system automatically calculates the minimum service fee value regardless of the actual travel distance. The system also calculates a so-called transfer price. In the case of any transfer service ordered between two points in Budapest without waiting time, or between Budapest Liszt Ferenc Airport and any destination in Budapest, or a destination located near the airport, the system calculates the fixed transfer price for the given vehicle regardless of the actual travel distance. Although the above calculator only calculates the cost of the trip based on the distance traveled, the calculated fee also includes the time-based usage fee of the vehicle. According to this, the duration value obtained by dividing the calculated fee by the hourly rate of the given vehicle also determines the time the vehicle can be used by the customer.

For example, if you request a service from Budapest to Szeged and from there back to Budapest, the calculator will calculate the distance-based service fee based on a total distance of 350 kilometers. However, by dividing the amount obtained in this way by the hourly rate for the given vehicle, you can get a value for the time of use at the same time. This time of use can significantly exceed the time spent on travel time, so you also have additional vehicle time that can be used freely, during which the vehicle is at your disposal.
